We're looking for a passionate Technical Content Writer who enjoys learning technology, understands software products, and can create compelling content that helps users, customers, and businesses understand our solutions.

As a Technical Content Writer, you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand Verdeshell's AI and SaaS products and create high-quality content that educates users, drives product adoption, and strengthens our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Product Understanding

• Learn Verdeshell's SaaS and AI products, including features, workflows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to stay updated on product enhancements.

Content & Documentation

Create and maintain:

• Product documentation
• User guides & knowledge base articles
• FAQs & release notes
• Website content & landing pages
• Blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and product descriptions
• Email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, social media content, and marketing collateral

AI & SEO

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to create and refine content while maintaining Verdeshell's brand voice.
• Write SEO-friendly content, perform keyword research, and optimize content for better search visibility.

Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create accurate, customer-focused content and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
