ServiceNow ITSM Developer / Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer / Administrator with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ITSM solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business requirements and ITIL best practices.

The role requires deep expertise in core ITSM modules, platform administration, integrations, reporting, and production support. Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist (AI capabilities) will be considered a strong advantage.

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and support
• Expertise in:
  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Change
  • Request Management
• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience
• Hands-on JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow
• Experience with Flow Designer / Workflow
• Strong API integration experience (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, update sets, instance management
• Dashboard and reporting development
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues 

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and enhance core ServiceNow ITSM modules:

  • Request Management / Service Catalog
• Develop and configure:
  • Workflows / Flow Designer
