SAP Group Reporting Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Group Reporting (GR) Consultant to own and deliver the group consolidation process — producing accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and key financial reports across entities.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting and group consolidation, with strong working knowledge of GRDC (Group Reporting Data Collection), chart of accounts and hierarchy management, and the controls required to deliver compliant, audit-ready financials. This role partners closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards, disclosure requirements, and internal controls.

• Total Experience: 4–8 years.
• Relevant SAP Group Reporting Experience: 4–8 years.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation tools, specifically SAP Group Reporting.
• GRDC (Group Reporting Data Collection) experience is required.
• Strong experience in CoA and hierarchy management, mapping, and data validation controls.
• Proven track record leading monthly / quarterly / year-end close and consolidation cycles.
• Solid understanding of consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Equity) and the underlying accounting concepts.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, and disclosure requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration with adjacent finance modules (FI, CO).
• Exposure to IFRS / US GAAP consolidation requirements.
• Experience integrating non-SAP source systems for consolidation reporting.
