The Corporate Training Program – Software Development is an immersive, structured
learning initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world
corporate experience.
Participants will work on live projects following industry-standard Agile methodologies,
gaining hands-on experience in professional software development practices. The program
emphasizes discipline, accountability, and production-quality output under supervision.

Key Requirements

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  •  Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or backend (Java / Node / Python).
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases (SQL basics).
  • Strong interest in learning and building scalable applications.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • This is a learning-focused role with guided responsibilities.
  •  Attend and actively participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews).
  •  Design, develop, and test modules under mentor guidance.
  •  Collaborate with peers to deliver functional code within deadlines.
  • Learn best practices for clean code, Git workflow, and documentation.
