Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist with a strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

The ideal candidate excels at end-to-end implementations and has demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and optimizing custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security/vulnerability platforms.

Key Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ServiceNow SecOps Expertise: 3+ years implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.
  • Custom Integrations: 2+ years designing and customizing integrations with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM, using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes.
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and common enterprise security tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response (VR) modules end-to-end.
  • Build, manage, and optimize custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security/vulnerability platforms (e.g., Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, SCCM).
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Implement and administer ServiceNow SecOps modules, with a primary focus on Vulnerability Response.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • Configure Flow Designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes to support vulnerability lifecycle workflows.
  • Support vulnerability lifecycle management activities aligned with CVE/CWE standards and risk scoring methodologies.
  • Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of deployed VR capabilities and integrations.
