SAP Solution Manager

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Experience: 5–10 years.
• Relevant SAP Experience: 5–10 years.
• Advanced hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager ChaRM configuration, including CSOL, Retrofit, and multi-landscape scenarios (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience on both SAP implementation and support projects.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
• Proficiency with SAP Java systems and Java add-ons such as MII and PI/PO.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP-based systems: TM, GTS, EWM.
• Strong experience in system integration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with HANA DB.
• Working experience on Linux OS, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
• Exposure to BODS, BOIS, and SLT-based replication.

Nice to Have:

• Broader exposure to SolMan functionalities including Managed System Configuration, SolDoc, and ChaRM.
• Experience supporting large, multi-system SAP landscapes in regulated environments.

• Configure and administer SAP Solution Manager ChaRM at an advanced level, including CSOL (Cross-System Object Lock), Retrofit, and multi-landscape scenarios.
• Lead and support both implementation and support projects for SAP Solution Manager.
• Work hands-on across SAP S/4HANA and Fiori environments for configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SAP Java systems and Java add-ons such as MII and PI/PO.
• Support and configure ABAP-based systems including TM (Transportation Management), GTS (Global Trade Services), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Perform system integration and configuration activities across the SAP landscape.
• Administer and operate workloads on HANA DB and Linux OS (preferably on Azure).
• Work with BODS, BOIS, and SLT replication for data integration and replication scenarios.
• Implement and maintain SolMan functionalities including Managed System Configuration, SolDoc, and ChaRM.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure system stability, change governance, and audit-ready documentation.
